Sales have begun at 50 Greenpoint, the 44-unit residential condominium at 50 Greenpoint Avenue in Brooklyn.
Occupancy is expected for early spring 2017, and the sales gallery is now accepting appointments.
50 Greenpoint’s façade features period-specific materials selected to mimic the early 20th century brick that abounds in the neighborhood.
The Brooklyn-based street artist Hellbent, who is known for his vibrant use of color and pattern in abstract paintings, has created large custom art panels for both West Street corners of the building, which will be installed early this year.50greenpoint
Developed by Brooklyn-based Evenhar Development Corporation and designed by Karl Fischer Architect, the seven-story building features interiors by Williamsburg-based Cl-oth Interiors. The 44 residences include one-bedrooms priced from $699,999; two-bedrooms from $1,150,000; and three-bedrooms from $1,550,000.
Brendan Aguayo, Managing Director of Halstead Property Development Marketing and head of The Aguayo Team, which is handling exclusive marketing and sales for the development, said, “We expect to see a solid mix of first-time buyers and people moving from Manhattan and other Brooklyn neighborhoods.”
